1. Purpose

Potauchef publishes free recipe pages prepared with partner Instagram creators. These terms govern the use of the website potauchef.com. By browsing it, you accept them.

The publisher is identified in the legal notice.

2. Access

The site is free and open to everyone, with no account. We can change it, suspend it for maintenance or remove a recipe page at any time, without notice.

3. Recipe pages

  • Each recipe page is written by Potauchef from a Reel by the named creator, with their consent. The creator approves the French version before publication.
  • The versions in other languages are translated from French with the help of artificial intelligence tools. The French version prevails.
  • Missing information stays marked as such ("To be confirmed", "Duration to be confirmed"). Times estimated by Potauchef are marked as estimates.
  • The site's videos are muted. The "Watch with sound on Instagram" button opens the original Reel.

4. Cooking safely

Recipe pages provide culinary information. They do not replace medical advice or nutritional advice. Check for yourself:

  • the list of ingredients against your allergies and intolerances;
  • that the food is fully cooked;
  • the storage and hygiene of the dishes you prepare.

We check recipe pages carefully but cannot guarantee that they contain no errors. Report any error to us: we correct it as quickly as possible.

5. Intellectual property

  • The texts of the recipe pages, the layout, and the Potauchef brand and logo belong to the publisher.
  • The videos, excerpts, screenshots and portraits belong to the creators. Potauchef uses them with their consent, for its own site only.
  • Except for personal and private use, you cannot reproduce, distribute or reuse this content without written permission. You remain free to print a recipe page to cook at home.
  • You can link to any page of the site.

6. Search engines and artificial intelligence

Search engines and AI assistants can read and index the site, according to our robots.txt file. AI training crawlers are also allowed there. This reading grants no rights over the creators' videos, excerpts and screenshots: Potauchef cannot authorize third parties to reuse them.

7. Sponsored content

No sponsored content is published today. If we publish any, it will always be labeled "Sponsored", with the advertiser's name, and kept separate from search results. A payment never changes the ranking of recipe pages.

8. External links

The site links to Instagram and to other sites. We do not control their content or their use of your data.

9. Reports and removal

To report an error, content that infringes your rights or a removal request, write to contact@potauchef.com. Give the address of the page and the reason for your request. We reply within 7 days.

10. Liability

We do our best to publish accurate recipe pages and keep the site available. We cannot be held liable for an interruption of the site or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law guarantees you as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, write to us first: we will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law.

13. Changes

We can change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
